2023-09-22 TASCII activities – part 49

On September 22nd, the Graduate Basic Course of the School of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University held an on-site teaching activity at TASCII.

 

Teacher Song Limin and Teacher Song Wenwen led the students to explore the application of color in design: the cognitive history of color science; The psychological effects of color; The expression of different colors, materials, and textures in design cases; Color management methods in design; And the practical experience of Color Research Institute in the application of color industry.

 

 

In the on-site teaching activity, doctoral student Chen Yaoxiang also demonstrated experiments such as color wheel mixing and color light mixing, giving everyone a further intuitive understanding and experience of modern display color principles, color mixing principles in digital art, and the impact of light and color on spatial atmosphere.
