2018-05-19 CMF Senior Designer Training Program phase Ⅱ (5)

In the afternoon of May 19th, the students of the CMF advanced designer seminar, together with GID international students from the Royal College of Art in the UK and the Imperial College London in the UK, took an open communication course.

In the course of communication, CMF students show and introduce their own extracurricular activities:  CMF style, location, technique analysis, and future product outlook for 50 years in the industry in which they work.

GID's classmates explained the their practice work in turn: using different materials to express different emotions.

Designers from universities and experienced designers in the manufacturing industry show very interesting features.

After many years of practice in the industry, the experienced designer's work is neat, standard, with a strong industry characteristics, and subconsciously consider the balance between the realization, the manufacturability and the individualization, and the characteristics.

The  students, wants to be creative, imaginative and individualized.

Without personalized expression, products will lack special features. And the lack of manufacturable products can not be popularized in mass production. Whether it is rookie designer or senior designer, the balance between the two is to achieve the important lesson of getting old and learning.
