2011-09-12 Teachers of RMUTK attended training courses at TASCII

On 12th September 2011，15 Teachers of Rajamangala University of Techonlogy Krungthep(RMUTK) attended 2days training courses at TASCII.

A speech “color in design” was given by SongWenWen, meanwhile Dr.Che Jiangning and Dr.Fu Chenyang introduced the equipments of the colour laboratories and the software Chromashare , respectively. In the afternoon，the RMUTK people visited HP Digital Printing House which is the TASCII’ partner，the staff showed them high technologies of printing on all kinds of materials such as wood、glass、fabric、metal、hair , etc.

The second day, under the arrangement of TASCII, they participated the workshop “Design, Aging and Quality of life” given by professor Patricia Moore with students of Industrial Design Department together. After that ,led by Professor Yang Jing , the vice Director of Tsinghua University Laboratory for Arts and Design Education, the RMUTK people visited Tapestry Art Lab、Weaving and Embroidery Lab、Traditional Dyeing Lab、Printing and Dyeing Lab、Fashion Design Lab、Transportation Design Lab of Academy of Arts and Design. They were greatly impressed by the professional of the laboratories and student's work. The last course was given by, Zuo Hengfeng, Associate Professor of industrial Design Department with the topic of “Aesthetics design” .

Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep (RMUTK) aims to produce graduates who are academically knowledgeable, professionally qualified, well-prepared to enter the work force and adept at keeping pace with the evolution of technology.
